What to include in a busbar or interconnect RFQ
| 01 · Application | Product or system, how the part will be used, operating environment, and the problem you need to solve. |

| 03 · Electrical duty | Continuous and peak current, duration, voltage, cooling, ambient conditions, and allowable temperature rise. |
| 04 · Mechanical interface | Envelope, terminals, mating materials, fastening or joining method, installation variation, and movement requirements. |
| 05 · Insulation & sensing | Covered and exposed areas, required separation, sensing points, monitoring interfaces, and applicable customer specifications. |
| 06 · Quantity & timing | Sample and pilot quantities, expected production demand, your target date, and required documents. |
| 07 · Acceptance | Required tests, test setup, pass/fail limits, who will run the tests, and the drawing revision. |
